After I get healthy I have absolutely NO intention of putting weight back on. This is a lifestyle change, not an "Oh hey I need to be skinny for this then I'm going back to normal" thing. I want to feel like me again, comfortable confident and happy.
It took me a year to put on all my weight and I hope like hell it doesn't take me a year to get rid of it, I just need to remember it takes time and won't happen over night. This one is the hardest for me. I work at a desk and if I crave something its all the occupies my mind. I just need to keep telling myself this. Everytime I crave something I'm going to start drinking water, hopefully that will tame the rabid beast.
I love this, everyone is human. if you mess up, its okay. Just try your best.
How gross is this?! On the other hand how great do you feel after dropping 20lbs???
Its supposed to hurt people. Feel the burn!
And lastly, I love this how many times have I told myself "I don't have time"
My goals this week are:
1. Drink WATER
2. Eat Breakfast every day
3. No fast food
4. Excercise at least twice
